When working abroad it can be hard to locate a nice venue for a social or business event. The area might be far away from your serviced apartment complex and be at a cost which may not suit. At Fraser Suites Dubai we have serviced apartments with a conference room and dedicated meeting space.

 

Our conference and meeting rooms have a number of features depending on the size and type of space you need. You can choose from an intimate space of 40 sqm with a dedicated break-out area for small events, all the way to a spacious 319 sqm state-of-the-art stylish meeting space.

 

Each meeting room features natural light with views extending towards Palm Jumeirah, with flexible room layouts that will comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.

Our LCD projector and screen, built-in audio-visual system and cordless microphones, laptop hire* and ISDN telephone line* are all ideal for any work event within the conference room. You don’t need any equipment as all of these items will be supplied. Our Wi-Fi internet access will let your party access any literature via a smartphone or laptop. Computer controlled lighting will enable easy viewing of any information. 

Our climate controlled air conditioning will create nice conditions for your presentation or social event. Black-out curtains are also on hand to enable the right amount of light to compliment your presentation.  White boards, flip charts and markers are provided for any note taking during the conference.

 

If you have a social evening for a birthday or celebration we have a podium, stage and dance floor.
