    Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Reservations & extended cancellation updates at Fraser Suites Dubai

    We are closely monitoring the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organisation’s statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments. In response to the evolving marketplace conditions, Frasers Hospitality has implemented the following policies for existing and new reservations:

    Existing Bookings <14nights:

    Waiver of change/cancellation fees for stays before 31st May 2020 *DUBAI ONLY*

    Valid up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Any changes or cancellations after this time will result in the application of charges (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rate booked)

    Bookings made after the 1st May 2020 for any future arrival date(s) – standard product terms, conditions and rate rules will apply

    Terms and conditions applies to direct bookings only.

    Coronavirus (Covid-19) Operations updates when staying at Frasers Suites Dubai

    In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitisation measures are currently in effect at this property. Fraser Suites Dubai health & safety measures include hand washing hygiene, hand sanitiser dispensers, high level cleaning specifications throughout all guest and common areas as well as back of house.

    Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Fraser Suites Dubai is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff and therefore we request you to practice social distancing during your stay. For the foreseeable future, it is important that we work together to support these efforts. As a result, certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable.

    Facilities & Services

    What are the services and facilities offered?

    In addition to 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance as well as 24/7 Reception and Concierge services, Fraser Suites Dubai features luxurious, fully-furnished rooms, fitness facilities such as a 24/7 Gym, squash and tennis courts, sauna and steam rooms, a swimming pool, a spa, a choice of dining options and more.     Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, there is a fully-equipped gym located at level 7 for our in-house guests.

    Is internet access provided?

    Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property.

    What is the check-in time?

    Check-in time is 3.00pm.

    What is the check-out time?

    Check-out time is 12.00pm.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served at Fraser Suites Dubai from 7.00am to 10.30am on weekdays and from 8.00am to 11.00am on weekends and public holidays.

    What is the cost of breakfast?

    Breakfast is available for adults at AED 100 per person per day. Prices exclude prevailing taxes.

    What are the available dining options?

    Dining options available are Aqua Café and Room Service. Lite bites during the day can be enjoyed at Serai Lounge. The well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette also provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment (except Studio Apartments). In-room dining options are available as well. Please contact the Front Desk for the menu available.

    Are laundry services provided?

    Yes, laundry and dry cleaning services are available subject to additional charges. There is also a washer and a dryer in all apartments and Studio Premier for your convenience.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Yes, complimentary baby cots are availale upon request and subject to availability. Extra beds are also available upon request and are chargable at AED 175 per night. Extra beds can be placed in all rooms except Deluxe Rooms.

    Does Fraser Suites Dubai offer any free shuttle service to Malls, Offices and Metro Stations?

    Famous Shopping malls, Mall of the Emirates is just 10 min drive from Fraser Suites Dubai. A complimentary scheduled shuttle bus links Fraser Suites Dubai to Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Village, public beach, Mashreq DG Metro station and Mall of the Emirates. Alternatively, feel free to speak to our Client Relations executive for recommendations.

    Are newspapers provided at Fraser Suites Dubai?

    Yes, a selection of both local and international newspapers are provided.

    Are the residences disabled-friendly?

    Yes, Fraser Suites Dubai is disabled-friendly with ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.

    Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

    On-site parking is available with 1 complimentary car park lot provided per apartment. Valet parking is charged at AED 15. Please approach the Front Desk for more details.

    Is airport shuttle service provided?

    No, airport shuttle is not available. Instead, limousine airport transfers to and from Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum Airport are available by prior arrangement with pricing starting from AED 170 per transfer. Alternatively, Dubai taxis offer a reliable service and are readily available around the clock.     What is the cost of hotel/service residence limousine services?

    The reception operates and is available 24/7.

    What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?

    For Hotel Rooms and Studio apartments, the maximum occupancy is 2.

    For 1-Bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is 2.

    For 2-Bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is 4.

    For 3-Bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is 6.
